blackberry messenger is pretty sweet. you can IM anybody with a blackberry for free with a data plan.
The screen has a really nice resolution. The track ball and button set up is really easy to use and learn.
Full keyboard on some models. and other stuff like camcorder, document viewers, editors and stuff like that
