I used to drink a lot of wine and got out of it.
Now I'm drinking about a glass a night again....that with my book...it's yummy

Yeah I used to have a bottle maybe in a weekend or a glass or two with really good meals.

I have wicked insomnia. I have meds for it but I don't like the way they make me feel - especially in the morning. So I found if I have glass of wine at night, it relaxes me and gives me that warm fuzzy feeling right before bed and I generally sleep better
