wheat thins... is that I eat them all within two days of buying them. Then i want more but I've already eaten them all.


At least I have Dr Pepper left.

Of course you can gain weight James. People with higher metabolisms need more calories than average people in a day. You just need to figure your RMR (resting metabolic rate), the number of calories your body burns at rest to carry out typical body functions like breathing and pumping blood. Then track what daily activities you do and the amount of calories needed for those activities. Put together will give you a total number of calories needed per day to keep your weight constant. For every 3500 calories added over that daily need will add 1 pound to you. But, you should only add about 500-1000 calories a day max. You should also be working out while doing this so it adds as muscle and not flab. Don't forget to account for the extra calories needed in the work out and add that much extra. With this, you will be able to add 1-1.5 lbs a week.

That would be hard to do.

Somedays all I do is drive around and push buttons, some days I'm running wires, drilling, climbing and/or doing a lot of walking.

Thats all the excercise I get. I smoke, and I eat at fast food places ALL the time... if it's not that, it's pizza or snacks.


It'd be really hard to figure out all that math, basically.
