I think this question is hard to answer as tastes are different.

I love WoW. I loved Classic-Wow, I loved BC and I also love WotLK. Admittedly I am what gamers call a "casual player" so my opinion doesn't count that much as long as you aren't a casual gamer too. *g*

edit: indeed a lot of gamers stop playing wow, cancelling their accounts; many gamers claim the game to have become boring and without any challenges.

I am not playing at the moment due to not having a job or way to pay for it but once I do I will go back in... I can't wait for Cataclysm to come out... I have been saying for years these exact words: "We need flying mounts in Azaroth!!!" lol...

Okay, so... I'm loving playing my death knight far too much right now. I can't help but wonder why I never bothered leveling one up before. I played one a lot during beta, but then when WotLK came out, I focused on my druid and paladin and never bothered leveling a DK. I'm really thinking I may end up getting this one to 80 and retiring my paladin as a main again, cause this is way too much fun right now.

i still like my warrior. idk how much longer im going to keep playing. after seeing the new 5 man queue, i got about 30-40 triumph emblems in a few hours. tier 9 in maybe 4-5 hours of 5 mans is pretty silly :\

So, I'm loving random Heroics... extra emblems, I actually get to play my pure DPS classes in a PUG rather than having to tank everything, and they're going pretty damn fast too. The OMFG WELFARE EPICS QQing is also quite tasty.

wow, so at the rate I'm going I'm going to end up with my T9 shoulders (have already) and T9 legs on my mage... you can do the same heroic multiple times as part of the random heroic tool. So you can basically run heroics indefinitely now At least for the time being :24:

i dont are about welfare epics, its just silly how quickly they marginalize good gear. like, ilvl 232 from a 5 man are now better than epics dropped from ulduar 25.
icecrown 25 normal mode is higher ilvl gear than totgc, which is far more difficult than ICC thus far. i dont care that gear is easy to get, its just kind of dumb how fast gear is resetting.

So in other news, who all is planning on race changing any of their characters after Cataclysm comes out? I know that my (mainly) ret paladin is going to be changed to a Tauren, and my druid will change to a Troll. I think my other ones will pretty much stay the same... mainly because they're almost all blood elves, and I love arcane torrent.

Was leveling a DK and decided to hop on my Shammy a few days ago. Attempted to run a new raid and was terrible on Deeps so decided it was time to kick it into gear and get some better...uh gear. In the last three days I've got 4 out of the 5 pieces of T-9. I'm so sick of dungeons, but still have more work to do to get the legs and other stuff I need to upgrade.
My GS right now is only at 4444 so I want to hit 5k by the end of this week which should definitely be able to be done.

In other news, our massive guild of three people ran a 10-man ICC on Monday night. Took down Marrowgar on the first try, but ended up wiping about 5 times on Lady Deathwhisper before finally killing her with almost everyone dead. We were pugging 7 people though, and neither myself nor Anastasia (main tank and main healer) had seen the place before, nor had probably 2-3 of the DPS. Fortunately though, our other guild member is a friend that just transferred and had been doing both 10 and 25 ICC with his guild before he got sick of them and quit.

Gonna try and run another one of those tomorrow night I think.

It's called gearscore. It's an addon. You will also be able to mouse over other players and see their GS.

Be.imba.hu is another good site to check on players as well. I used to use wow-heros, but prefer be imba.
