Oh my god no way. I had a smaller one that I rode around my property and never even realized you needed plates.

In my area, we have a ton of people with PA plates driving around. Someone told me its because PA has really lax DMV rules and anyone can get PA plates regardless if they live there or not.

In PA we have to register our ATV's and snow mobiles unless we only use them on our own property then we don't need to do anything. But if you are going to ride on state lands or out of state you better have it registered. And when you register it, you get a sticker for the bike, not a plate
