I need to hit the gym and get rid of my belly :ninja
lol

You'll get there Joe. Firming, strengthening and toning you tummy is the absolute worst after you've had a child.
...My daughter was 12 pounds / 23 inches long when she was born (I'm only 5 ft. 4 in. tall) - talk about a massive belly before and after birth.

My tummy's back into shape now but I had to work extremely hard at it.

My tummy is fine most of the time, I just hate my arms, fucking flap flap fly away....

It'd be nice if I had bigger boobs too, I have to be fat to have boobs. I have hardly any body mass around my rib cage, it all sinks to my legs/arse.

Nice pictures though :)

Shit, its hard period. Least for me. I didnt have a child, but I had an extremely lax lifestyle before getting into this and I'm paying for it in the tummy area. It gets frustrating at times.

lol

Have you ever tried walking / sitting around in 'crunch mode'? Works like a freaking charm. You'll have abs of steel in no-time!

I do 100 crunches and 5 minutes of up and downs every other day. Its going down, it just seems like its taking forever. I'm gonna get a barbell so I can do weighted twists as well.

If you're a guy, your gut / love handles are supposed to be extremely difficult to get rid of.

This might help: If you're trying to lose weight / get back into shape, work on your cardio, do some shaddow boxing, jog on a trampoline and focus on toning up your oblique muscles.

Fo sho. Every other day is cardio day for me. Endurance, floor exercise. I do about an hour of cardio every other day. On weight days I do 10 minutes on the bike, then work out whatever muscle group for that day. Right now I'm doing. 45 minutes on the bike, 3 minutes of knee highs. (theres some breaks in there, i"m not athelete)100 crunches, 5 minutes of up and downs ( again there are some breaks) and then finish with some sprints.

If you keep it up, it will surely pay off!:D:thumbup

Breaks are essential, too.;)

Yes! Support is a BIG factor in this. I don't have any, so imagine I did while I was losing that weight last year? I could've lost so much more, lol.

Walking and sitting in crunch mode?? What is this and how do I do it? :D

I do have a home gym set up. An up and down is where you drop to a squat, from there throw your legs back so you're in a push up possition, then pop back into the squat and from there jump up in the air. Rinse and repeat. Shit will make you puke. lol

Here I am in my school Valentines getup. We ended up having snow days last week and Mondays are always too crazy, so our Valentines party was postponed until today. I always love getting the cute little Valentines cards!

I tried to smile for the pic but it ended up looking like a grimace. I am exhausted. With all the snow days and everything, this has been our first full 5 day work week in ages!
