where in the constitution does it say that you have to drive your vehicle at 55 mph and you have to pay a ticket if you are caught speeding? where does it say that you can't engage in insider trading? what does that have to do with it being illegal? laws don't have to conform to the constitution, they just can't violate it....

where does the constitution allow the feds to obliterate states rights regarding allowing pot or not?
or does the infamous bastardizing of the commerce clause allow them free reign?
