We talk more online than ever, yet loneliness keeps rising. Do you think digital communication weakens real intimacy? What helps you feel genuinely connected in an age of constant contact?

Online communications don't have the emotional depth and non verbal cues that creates deep emotional connections when they connect. Texts, audio/video calls seem too superficial to build genuine connections.

You can feel alone even when you are surrounded by a lot of people and you can feel crowded even when you are alone. Loneliness is basically just a state of mind.

I think digital communication makes it easier to stay in touch but harder to build real emotional closeness. Texts and likes can’t replace tone, presence, or shared silence. I feel most connected through real conversations, whether in person or on a call, where emotions flow naturally.
