Speaking of baby stuff... when my daughter was just a couple days old, we wanted to get her used to being in public, cuz we had seen so many babies who were freaked out by being in public, so we took her to the mall. We were walkin' her around in the stroller, with the cover down, so she could look around, get some light, etc. We're the parents, we'll do as we want. This old lady walks up, grabs the lid to the stroller as I'm pushing it, closes it and says "The lights are bad for the baby's eyes." And I'm stunned... I couldn't even believe this old lady had touched the carriage carrying my baby... I couldn't even react. Thank god my wife slams the lid back and goes, "It's good for her jaundice!" And without skipping a fuckin beat, the old bitch goes, "Oh... it has jaundice?" and walks off...
Guys... I've never been so close to strangling an old lady in my entire life...
And it's not that we don't like advice or input, but sometimes it just seems like people are trying to tell us how to raise our kid, because we only have one, and we're only in our 20's... bugs the shit outta me.

I know. I felt funny with my MIL touching my belly when I was pregnant... So... a stranger was so much more of a freak out for me! :surrender

When I can smell my neighbor smoking through my vents. Do what you want in your own apartment. That's your right to choose to pay those fees. But I shouldn't have to smell it.
