At the cinema that is.....

Can you remember it?

So as to show that I can answer questions in my own threads.........the first one I recall was Scrooge. And I know I left scared when the Grim Reaper Ghost of Christmas Future pushed him into the open grave.

Disney's Jungle Book. I'm pretty sure, at a theater, not a drive-in.

Now I just remembered a film I saw at a drive in around that same time, and I have no idea why my friend's mom took us to see it that night. Maybe there was a kid-flick first? Anyway, I digress...Valley of the Dolls. Weird. It made a greater impression. She made us duck down behind the seats everytime there was an inappropriate scene, so we spent the evening basically laying on the floor of the back seat. :24::24:

I always wondered if my mom knew what film we went to see? It was a sleepover, so maybe not. *shrugs*

Snow white and the 7 dwarfs which was made in 1937 I saw it as a baby in 1939 at the first drivein movie in California. I remember the colors and very little about the actual movie.

There was a drive-in on the south side of Montgomery which had the best buttered popcorn ever. I remember going to several double features which included a cartoon as well. Titles escape me at the moment but the first I may remember was "Bullwhip Griffin". I do remember seeing "The Green Beret" in the drive-in too.

It was a " Sinbad " movie when I was about 9 or so around 1962. I vaguely remember it had some sort of one eyed monster that ripped a ship apart of something. Damn scary stuff back then.

The first I remember was Sidekicks, which came out when I was 8. I'm sure there was more before that, I just don't remember.
