A cluttered space can create mental fog, heightening stress and anxiety. Psychologists suggest that clutter overloads the brain, making it harder to focus or relax. Decluttering isn’t just about organization—it’s an act of self-care. How does your environment impact your mental state?

I’ve noticed that clutter can heighten stress because it creates a sense of chaos, making it harder to focus and relax. The mess often reminds me of unfinished tasks, which triggers anxiety. A tidy space helps me feel more in control and at peace.

Because it creates a chaotic environment, everything around you is out of place, it creates a chaotic and depressive scenario, it seems like something very bad has happened in that place, I always have everything in order, I hate being in a messy environment.
