In Joe's defense, he is entitled to his opinion like everyone else on this forum is, even if you don't agree with it. Usually when minors are allowed on a forum it's usually a family orientated forum and foul language (and other things) is not allowed. I think that is what the point of the conversation is here.
I suppose it would be best to bring the concerns about the rules to the administration for their consideration or decide the forum isn't appropriate and leave. Drama is just so pointless for all involved. Things could go so well here otherwise!
If that's all it was, he should have left it at that. He especially shouldn't have said it when his damned avatar had the word "asshole" in it. Excuse or no, there are things he said that clearly bothered everyone else. Like saying he's had more problems in life than anyone else, he's too good to post here often. The parents of the minor also said it was fine that their daughter see the word. Like I said, he should've dropped it.
He did say that he pushed the subject.

When his opinion is being abusive to others and completely hypocritical seeing that he had no problem having a swear word in his own user title, no he's not.
It is. U can't post any nudity in the open forum. It's not the forums job to try and shelter the younger members who don't even average a quarter of this site. I think theres maybe 2 or 3 active members under 18 here.

If someone's going apeshit about the damage a teenager seeing the word "fuck" is going to do, they need to get a grip. Maybe they should observe the language teenagers use, I can tell you most of them say swear words too.
PG in PG-13 means 'parental guidance'. As far as I know there is only one situation like that here. With that being said, my opinion is that as much as adults should get respect from children, the same goes for adults respecting children. Using foul language, posting questionable material, etc. is not respecting children. Again, this is only my opinion.

I completely agree.
But I think what is said, is it isn't necessary to swear in front of them, knowing they can read it. This is the way Joe sees it, I think.
We can't let the children walk around with eyes closed and ears blocked untill they are of adult age obviously...yes, they will hear it from somewhere at some point, and I hear kids outside my home at the age of 7 saying it. Horrible :L
