I just saw on TV that the senate is trying to pass a death tax???? WTF is up with that??? How the hell can someone do that??? Thats soooooo fawked up!!!

you know what they say. born free, taxed to death and now i guess taxed after death. thats fuckin BS. i always wonderd why the government doesnt take a month out of the year and make money just for them selves and not tax us at all. that way we would have more money to spend on things and maybe the economy will get better. and i heard that the congress is gonna pass something that when they retire they will get the salaries they make for the rest of there lives. lifes just not fair. :dunno

does anyone here like Forbes from Fox? that guy has a great rax revolution plan that he proposed on orielly last night. a plan similar to what ireland uses and they have the best economy in the western world...
BTW this plan would abolish a death tax and instate a 17% flat rate (pretty good cut) and use this as an incintive for entrepreneurs to enter our business world. with a booming economy and financial stability as well as lower unemployment through entrepreneurship, our gov't will MAKE money on a LOWER tax!

thanks. and that is a good point as well. as if funeral and religious death ceremonies arent enough of a burden on the people we leave behind when we pass away... now THEY will actually have to be te ones to pick up our tabs after death for a tax!

You know, this is an interesting plan but Im willing to bet that Ireland doesnt have as many hands in thier pockets as the US does. Not to mention all the help we're sending to other countries. Im not saying that we shouldnt help at all, but damn, were sending money and making loans to countries like France and Canada who basically told us to get screwed when we asked for someone to watch our backs during the war. How many billions or even trillions of dollars could we have kept in our own pockets and used towards making OUR country a better place if we had told THEM to get screwed the way they did us? We're so broke from all these loans and handouts that the only way we can even try to get back above water is to pull some stupid shit like a death tax. :wtf As if families dont have enough to worry about by just losing a loved one. Now on top of unpaid medical bills and funeral costs, we have to worry about whether or not we can even afford to DIE!!! Thats CRAP man.
