Periods are a good excuse for eating anything junkie apparently, your metabolism speeds up around that time, give or take a day or two

The worst symptom I get is that my core temperature goes up just before and during my period, so I'm constantly too hot. It's chilly as fuck right now and I'm wearing minimal clothing.

Have you seen 'Down with Love'? It is a substitute for chocolate, it stimulates the same pleasure sensors in the brain as 'love' or something.

Before I went on the pill mine were usually regular, sometimes they were late by a week or early by a few days. But on the pill, they're much better. Sometimes the pain is still unbearable though.

It's how it goes. I was hospitalized a few times when I was 13 for how bad my cramps were(I was getting two periods a month lasting 4-5 days each), after the second time the doc suggested putting me on BC to regulate and control the hormone levels.

Worked like a charm, was on BC after that until I was 23.

Haven't been on it since, periods have been alright and mostly ontime. Still get some crippling cramps during ovulation and during the period itself sometime though.

I am fixed, haven't gone thru the change but hope it won't be for a loooooong time. My monthlies were very regular, light and I hardly had any cramps until a few years ago, then the cramps got severe and I started having them every TWO WEEKS! Forget that sh*t.

I never had a baby so I was somewhat reluctant to take the ultimate step, but when I started having bi-monthlies, that was IT! Sometimes I have pangs of regrets but I love Evan and when I hear of the trials and tribulations sometimes when kids get into serious trouble....well, I don't miss that part

I'm on birth control so I know exactly when I'm due on, every single month and I have the iPeriod app on my phone, which can tell me up to 12 months in advance when it'll be!
