I've come to realization today that I need to slow down. I need to lose more weight. I can see I've gained weight. It's not good. I told myself after the 4th, I need to cut back. Not to turn this into a self loathing thread. I'm also meeting a woman I've been talking to after she comes back from vacation. I think trying to get into a relationship will do me some good and get me out of this cycle I've been in. Ok end pity party...
