the time traveler's wife by audrey neffennegger. one of the most beautiful love stories ever written and in an absolutely unique way. ( not to mention it was her first novel) i read it twice a year and have "gifted" at least 10 copies.

It was just an overall awesome book. One of the few books that could actually hold my attention I'm reading it for the second time now!

Dune by Frank Herbert. It just raises images in my mind that live on after I have finished the book - must read it at least once a year, but just recently I discovered a book called A Short History Of Nearly Everything by Bill Bryson & it is awesome.

My favorite book is either Eragon or the sequel to Eragon, Eldest. What's sad is how lame the movie was compared to the book. I can't wait for the final book of the trilogy to com out though.

Agree'd. They really did a crappy job on the movie. They left out a lot.

It was a fun science fiction adventure and the concept put forward by the book is mind blowing.
