I already stated I am not the best at communicating via the written language which is why I pointed that out myself and therefore tried to explain further. There is no attempt here at being a smart ass...
You were very clear on your position in that post, and to try to blame it on people not "knowing" you, is not being very honest.
Either you believe what you first posted, or maybe you should have proof read what you wrote before hitting submit. Maybe you'll be better at reading comprehension.

That explanation has been met with nothing but snideness from you and PT, Tim.
I did not try to blame anyone for not knowing me until they didn't bother to take my explanation into consideration.
And I do believe what I first posted.
I can operate just fine in my weakness. You choosing to ignore my explanation is not on me.If you want to look at it as a mistake instead of exactly how I explained - enjoy your perception.
Face it Grace. You screwed up.
I first read this article in '99 I think.

Thanks Cool Breeze.
I did know that most here understood exactly what I was stating, but I was trying to offer an olive branch to the ones that didn't by offering further explanation. I should know better by now.

Yep and you're right.I did see that. But as I said.......
Yes, and without their navy we'd be fucked. Their navy trapped Cornwallis's soldiers at Yorktown , preventing them from sending Brits to New York. Also, you probably know how desperate we were for new arms and ammunition, the French sent those as well, clothing too.France did what was best for France. How much do you know about the direct aid they sent, and when they sent it? You're an American History major correct?
Because no other country has any of those qualities! :24:Back on topic here. America. Land of the free. Home of the brave.
PS: When I was looking for this article I found the "America vs. Canada" vid I posted in the vid section. Good for a laugh if anybody's looking.
It's ironic how today France looks down on America yet they played a crucial role in its creation.Yes, and without their navy we'd be fucked. Oh, and money to keep the then young government that was hanging on a thread together. The French also paid for the American soldier's wages. If the money wasn't there, Its not going far to say that the army would have disbanded over time and the revolution would have been a disaster.
At the battle of Yorktown, Washington's continental army was made up of around 15,000 French troops.
Great article Intruder!

Saddam should have stuck to the cease fire agreements.Happens all the time, a few years ago the USA supported Iraq and Saddam Hussein, then they made war on him.
