Thank god for my dog!

Yesterday afternoon, I drove down to the end of my driveway to get my girls off the school bus and then we went to the little supermarket down the road and was gone maybe around 20 min and my husband was at a friends house helping him with some things.
Now keep in mind, that our pit bull Cheyenne stays in the house with us. And she has never ever messed with anything in the house before. when me and the girls got back to the house, the blinds off the girls window was torn down and their were bite marks all over them. I was just about to beat the living tar out of Cheyenne when I noticed the window was open!!! So Im assuming that someone was trying to break into the house (in broad daylight!!) and she heard them and it freaked her out and she went to attack them. She musta scared the shit out of whomever it was because nothing was missing from the house! Thank God!

if shes never done that before i'd say you hit it right on , it's a shame pits have such a bad rep , if the right people own them they are great dogs.

:agree She's absoltely wonderful! My 3 yr old rides on her like a horse and she enjoys it just cause its attention.

i know Be my uncle has one to a female and i'd take her in a hart beat, what a great dog shes like every ones mother when it comes to family, and just like your dog if someone came in the house that wasn't welcome , well lets just say i wouldn't want to be in ther shoes. :o

Yeah dogs in general are a good thing to have to protect your home. Why go inside a house with a dog when you can just walk next door to a house without one. At the least they will make alot of noise. All of my dogs were very territorial. And I didnt train them to be killers B. I just held to a couple rules. Like never let someone else feed them except for people that live in the house and never let someone else walk them. just to kind of drive home the point of who is supposed to be inside my house and who isnt. Give that dog a Rack of ribs. On second thought just give it the bones Ill take the rack of ribs!

i've seen some tuff cats , my brother use to torment his friends cat to the point the cat hated him so when he'd walk in the door the cat would go after him big time , and cut him up mostly his legs but if he bent down to get the cat off his arms would get it.
