For home phones, you could always just.... not pick up the phone lol, it's that easy. Or you could use some crazy answering machine message to throw them off. As for cell phones........ I have no idea how it will be :tard

well most cell phones it will come up as a "restricted" call...i mean how many restricted calls do you get that you ever really want to answer anyways?

Just so you are aware, the 'do not call' registry is for home phones only. They're trying to get it up and running where they can put cell numbers on there, as well, but haven't been able to thus far.

According to one guy who actually works over there, they should have it ready by March...and May at the latest. This is provided everyone does their jobs, of course.

Thats why you list your cell as your home phone... which in my case, it is.

I was on the old do not call list since December of 03 I believe... haven't received a call since.

I usually don't answer restricted calls... it just doesn't make any sense to do it anyway.
