Taylor Swift's new video

OK this isn't really to start a discussion (I mean if there is one fine) it's just giving my opinion and I'd be curious what other people think about the video. And it's also not about Taylor Swift-bashing, so please let's not do that. Because I do like her, I wouldn't say I'm a huge fan but I do like some of her songs and I do think she can sing. But I have to say her new music video is kind of strange.

OK first off, I don't really like the new song, it's not at all "country" it's totally pop and I hate the way she sings the chorus, it's really annoying, so no I don't like the song. But I do kind of like the video I think it's fun and clever. Except for the fact that her band members are dressed in animal costumes! What the heck is up with that? It's just so weird and really has nothing to do with the song or the rest of the video. It doesn't make any sense to me. If anyone else has seen it what do you think? How do you interpret her band members being dressed like that? I'm just wondering what other people think other than yeah, that's really weird.
