Back when I worked at Ingram you had to do pee tests at the temp agency before ingram would hire you right.

Well (in the dream) I had a female friend who did a lot of pot and wanted me to do her pee test for her.

I did it, even though I wouldn't in real life, and when the results came back they told her that she was really dehydrated and that she might be pregnant.

I remember waking up thinking 'wtf?' and laughing. lol
