Swimming is my best fitness

I started to swim at age 7. I practiced swimming in our swimming pool at home. At the age of 17, I learned to swim in the deep sea with a coach. It's so nice and refreshing. Because I have a work I only do swimming in beaches during weekends.

Sadly, I don't swim. I never learned swimming. But I know swimming is not only fun but also one of the best exercises.

Indeed swimming is a good exercise. Let your kids learn to swim.
