piece of shit plan LOL

we have the EOS and as far as i know BCBSTX will still be accepted at walgreens here

Folks, each BCBS is individually owned and has their own policies. They all don't even use the same software or procedures. Its kind of silly.

V, Walgreen's is hopefully going to still take if after Jan 1- they just haven't decided yet if they will or not.

Hope for the best! I hate CVS!

#1 rule in customer service is the customer is always right since they are the reason you are even in business.

A customer is not always right.

So, what business are you in? What can I get for free? Heck, in my mind if you dicked me over I should always get something for free if you want my business again right? What if what you give me isn't enough in my mind? That said, sometimes it is better to give some free stuff out just to shut the butthole up.

The guy at the counter did nothing wrong IMO, and he apologized for it afterwards. Not sure how much blood you want from him, but if I were in that store and he did what the OP said he did, I'd go back because I appreciate the fact that he's looking out for other customers. That said, the OP didn't mention in her original post that she was already addressing the situation with her son, in which case I could see why see was getting burned over it.

I can kind of see both points here. The guy wasn't to know Austin was autistic and he was probably looking out for his other customers. I get fed up with screaming kids running around misbehaving in shops and I would be impressed by someone working there trying to stop it. However, it seems he was a bit hasty seeing he didn't even give you a chance to stop Austin yourself first. That said, it could have just been an instinctive reaction. Personally if I had a head ache, for instance and some kid screamed right next to me, my reaction would be to say something, in fact I have at times yelled out the window at kids when it's late at night and they are running around right outside my window screaming their head off. If he did appologise sincerely, like it sounds like he did, I'd graciously accept his appology, there's not much more he can do really, anyway. I do understand your fustration though, it must be really hard looking after Austin and having to constantly tell people that he's autistic on top of trying to get him to behave must do your head in.

Let it go...I know you dont want to hear that but ,different day and new bullshit will arrive..dont get yourself stressed out over this.
The employee perhaps not the best trained for situations as such had a learning experience..and learned the hard way.
I certainly wouldnt take his actions to change my original actions of getting my meds there/
Why?
The store didnt back his conduct and apologized for his action...had they backed his actions..I would say screw em all..but thats not the case.
He also is trying to apologize ...whether it is sincere or not one can never tell.
But since the employee ended up looking like an ass/there is a good chance it is sincere.
If not he will be a well mannered asshole in the future more than likely...especially as far as you are concerned. ;)

I work for a software company where we provide a product to customers. If we don't provide to the customer what they want, we don't get their business. They are always right, regardless of what you think. Its not about providing free stuff, its about respecting your customer base. This idiot provided no respect, its not his place to embarrass the customers. I think you get on here just to argue the opposite of some, so kudos for getting me to come back here and post once again, so you can counter once again.

No shit if you don't provide what your customer wants you want be in business, that is not the point. You mean to tell me your company doesn't require ANY type of contract at all as far as what is to be produced per the customers expectations, particularly if your company has to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on the new product specifically for the customer?

Here is basic a basic business class. You need to make a profit to stay in business (unless you have very creative accountants). Yes, if it's your mistake, you make it right, period. However, if the customer keeps making mistakes, you need to gauge what kind of money your losing and what kind of money is to be made when it's your customer that keeps screwing up.

A customer is not always right, but a customer is always a customer, the question is if they are a good enough customer to keep dealing with them if THEY keep making mistakes which cost you money.

God knows, I fired my share of customers (in a very nice way of course LOL) because it's not worth my time nor money to keep trying to satisfy someone who can't be satisfied which keeps costing you money.

So, EXACTLY how would you handle it if you worked in a gas station and had to run in the back for literally one minute and come back out only to find a "customer" standing behind the cash register and you asked this "customer" why they were standing behind the register (which was clearly off limits) and they told you "well, it really doesn't matter, because I'm a customer and the customer is always right"? Just curious to see if you would of handled it the same way I did LOL

Guys.. I did except his apology. I was very pissed at the moment tho. I was dealing with austins behavior and didnt need that from that man. Now I will say if I was NOT taking care of it, then he had the right to say something.. but I was handling it. I know people dont know austin is autistic by looking at him, but the thing is..they DONT KNOW! So why say anything??

Thurs, i went to biglots. While in there, there was a female pushing the buggy with her kid that was probably around 1.5 years old. He was SCREAMING at the TOP of his lungs and the mother was just pushing him around.. totally ignoring his behavior and him. Now, I personally would of spanked his butt and left the store. Those are the moms that need to be said something to. Not the ones that actually handle the situation. In my situation- he yelled loudly twice.. But it was very short and lasted a total of maybe 5 seconds. I quickly went down to jerk him up. Thats when I was interupted...

Do yall see the difference?
