Super Bowl in London?

its not the game,i quite like it...its the fact that its called football when the balls thrown......in football the ball should be kicked

im just speaking from what friends have said.

i personally quite like the sport but i'd rather watch something that doesn't stop every 5 seconds.

besides in my dictionary, football = foot. ball. even if i support a team no ones heard of....

i do agree with the comments about pre-season games though, it would increase the fan base, which at the end of the day is what they're looking for, without affecting America's fans to see their league matches.
Quite often English football teams (can't bring myself to say 'soccer') do the same around the world.

in 1994 the football(soccer) was held in america so that arguments not really there

Yeah but that was the World Cup which the USA was part of, shame they didn't get as enthusiastic about it as people anywhere else would have, mind. I'd be pretty pissed off if they held the FA Cup in America. I think its a bad idea having the Superbowl here. It would probably sell out because it's a one off but the individual teams wouldn't get the same level as support and I don't see why a major sporting event only played with American teams should be played anywhere other than in America. Having it over here would be a huge insult and slap in the face to loyal supporters of their NFL teams.
