Ok... looking at that image, yes it has some fine examples of under/mis-informed over-empassioned people... but honest I saw a few images in there that I could classify as "stupid". (of course there are spelling errors and a few bigoted and narrow minded ones)... but there are a few that are fairly generic... such as those simply proclaiming so and so against higher taxes and I really cant call that stupid.
Eh... maybe I'm just a bit nit picky but honestly while it seems that the world is nuts it may just be that one of my favorite sayings hold true:
"Those who know the least, know it the loudest"
Those of us who consider things before speaking feel free to argue it out first in private, then hopefully research before ever committing to such strong language as "congress are thieves" and "impeach so and so"

Those videos only show the dummies they never use the video of the "boring people" who answer the questions properly. That wouldn't be funny. We have our dummies but most of us are fairly intelligent.
