Strangest meat you have eaten

Last night at work someone brought some Elk in. I never knew that you could eat Elk. I tried it and that was some GOOD stuff! I wish I knew where he got it from.
I thought the strangest type of meat I had ever eaten was alligator until last night.
Just wondering what other types of animals out there that are suppose to be edible that I never knew about

funny you should say that the first time i had frog legs was in AZ we used to gig them at night by the cannels, just had to look out for snakes blackwidows and scorpions .
