So I just saw a a dude in army fatigue with two trash bags in his hands on a womans bike, in the park across the street when i looked out my window.

Was he riding it or stationary?
when i looked out the window he was walking around and the bike was on the ground. he had a backpack on and a trash bag in his hands. he went or to the bike picked up with another bag and walked away. *wonders if he was looking for returnables*
Well at least he was wearing his green today! Lol
