Whenever I'm at a restaurant, always. You can tell they just run the tap. It's not even like it's water from the soda machine where you push the cup against the lever. It's sink water. I put LOTS of lemon in it! It helps a lot.

I have wine so don't know about the water here or soft drink in a restaurant
but yes lemon help a lot

at home i don't drink soft drinks often now... sometimes on a weekend or when people come over as i feel bad to offer some but have none ..at first was so hard but now great.. so the lemon i add in the water it is nice for something different to have

My tap water tastes alright, tastes better when it's chilled though.

My water tastes fine. Though I'm friends with a Northern Girl who moved to High Wycombe and she can't stand drinking the tap water cos it's so chalky.
