but i'm going thru HELL i'm so sick not because i want to smoke that seems to have past , i'm having a ruff time breathing that was not as bad when i was smoking , i'm coughing up alot of nasty crap and it feels like i'm not getting enough air in my lungs , well all i can do is hope it will all pass over the next 2 or 3 weeks , one things for sure i'm not ever going back to smoking again i think 35 years was enough.:yuk

thanks for the support guys, i know i'll get thru this and i'm so done smoking for good this time because i felt the click it's hard to exsplain but i felt the same thing when i stopped drinking years ago and never really went back i may have a little port one glass 1 or 2 times a month but thats it and thats after 15 years of no drinking at all , i really want to get back into the things i used to do like snorkeling and hiking i miss it so much.

the worst part is not being able to breath it wasn't near as bad when i was smoking thats the part i don't understand but i guess it's a part of detoxification it's like the worst cass of bronchitis in the world , from what i've been reading i'll be dealing with this for up to three months in one way or another , when i think of all the money i spent for the pain of dealing with this now i could kick my self in the ass :spank: , it's so very sad because it hurts family to and thats just not fare , all i can say is if you don't smoke don't start and if you do smoke don't wait as long as i did to quit, theirs just to much to live for .
