I dont know how the credit laws read where you are, but I know here, although Medical can be listed on your CR, when applying for credit the are not aloud to consider medical as part of thier credit history for approval. Medical is considered a forced charge rather then a choice charge.

See, that sucks! Here in the Bay Area, my single story, 1200 sq ft house would sell for $700,000 +. Is that fair? Grrrrrrr!! I want this house Tim pictured, but are there good jobs around there? Hell, I'll move today! ...and convince the rest of my family to move, too!

man a house like that here in houston wouldn't be over $200k..probably more like $150k

Yea, it would be well over 200 k here.. Houses are cheaper there then alot of places.
and yes, you can make good money here too. I transfered making 1 dollar more an hour.

im sorreh, but that house and yard is butt fucking ugly. the house has like 4 rooflines, and the yard is surrounded by brick.. id be scraping my car every fucking day...

i wouldnt get it... (unless i won the lottereh, then it would all get cleared out, and a nice house built on it..)
