I have a big star trek flaw...!

How can the NX-01 get to the Klingon home world in 4 days at warp 5?

They had recalibrated the warp speed numbers by TNG!
From TNG onwards warp 10 was the maximum, but in TOS (and a few of the films - I think) they frequently travelled at warp speeds greater than 10!!

Now, getting back to the OP. I think this is an unfair question!!
How can you compare 3 films (I'm not counting the prequels here!! JarJar Binks has a lot to answer for!) with 5 different series spanning 40 odd years. It would be much fairer to compare films!! In which case Star Wars wins hands down!!!!

Even with the recalibrated warp it takes a week to get to the nearest star.

but gene rodenberry himself said that warp was created to be just fast so it got you there in time for some adventure

This is true but later the writers of star trek made a warp scale with specific speeds.
I am a geek so I hold on to this stuff lol.

erm..................

Not sure.

It comes up with the message
" Celestia has encountered a problem and needs to shut down"
I'll have to see if there's an upgrade or patch or similar.

Excellent choices!
I was scared you'd pick one of the prequels for Star Wars, as for Trek it's close between Wrath of Khan and Voyage Home!! the only thing that spoils VH for me is where they have Checkov running around the naval base asking where the nuclear wessels are!

I like the star wars prequels but they cannot touch the originals.
In star trek, the wrath of khan was an old fashioned space adventure.
