The fans at the arena were very sportsman like as I heard clapping and cheering during the handing of the trophies..

They are burning cars and breaking into banks.. The cops had, pepper spray, gas bombs and there was talk of bringing in the water canons downtown again .. It's freaking nuts with close to 150,000 people there.. :thumbdown

You figure that in those packs it only takes a few to start fights, problems and get the masses to almost riots levels..

Unfortunately these are NOT the true fans but just idiots trying to look like fans that had other ideas way before this game started..

I've never understood riots when your team wins or loses a championship. When I lived in San Antonio, there weren't any riots after the win in 2007, and there weren't any riots when they were eliminated in other years. It just boggles the mind.

The rest are drunks that have no clue what's going on and are trapped by the blockage by the police and city street closures and can't get out from all this mess..

Win or lose it was either going to be a Happy disaster or Bad one.. Well we know what it is now.. :mad

Yet for the Olympics 2010 Vancouver was so great for its stellar ambience, good sportsmanship and friendly attitude to everyone..

I think next Playoffs Run they should close off the liquor stores and ban alcohol completely.. :willy_nilly:

I know it's not even the fans that cause the shit.

There are so many people that got stuck in the wrong place when it all broke out.

No I will go there. You know why? Because I expected this and this would have happened even if the Canucks had won. The number of classy Canucks fans that I know of are very few and far between. There is a reason why a majority of people think that they are the worst fans in the NHL.
