I went to spyware beware ( i believe that was the name) and they had me download a program then copy/paste the results to them. They took me step by step of what to delete! It was awesome. I suggest you go there. (geeks to go is good too)

Systemworks does nothing to get rid of spyware/adware.

thats correct, but I've NEVER gotten either of those browsing myself - but that doesnt mean you can't get them, Im just careful what I download (and I download ALOT).
