No, not THOSE. Something slightly smaller that hung out on the sides of my pool and they SWAM!
SCORPIONS are what I ranted about the most.
In Arizona, I'd catch these and jumping wolf spiders and watch them fight over a cricket.
You don't have those in Arizona.. They're Red Back spiders from Australia.
Lol.. We have spiders called a Huntsman in Australia that can grow to a leg span around the size of a CD. I woke up one morning to find one on my chest looking at me. Ugly buggers, but their bite is basically harmless. They can only make you a little sick.

In highschool we'd find them out in the bushed at lunch time, and bring them in and release them in class. So funny watching the girls scream
Funnelwebs can do that, I remember the missus cousin having one of them walking about at the bottom of their swimming pool, not something you want to step on in bare feet!:willy_nilly:
nothing worse that having to catch a friggin giant spider deep sea diving in your pool.

Actually they are different spiders, but do look very similar.
