Several years ago I owned a Sony computer running Windows 95. As anyone who has ever dealt with windows 95 will tell you it was a dog of an operating system. Every time I ran into an issue I would get someone with a manual and limited knowledge. I would play along just to work my way up the food chain because I had already covered the first three levels before calling them. I met this Major from South Florida who wortked the gradeyard shift. I think he and I wrote several new chapters in their handbook dealing with some of the issues with the system. I think he and I talked on half a dozen occasions. He knew how to deal with customers.
