2. the girl hanging back looks like she hasnt missed a meal herself

Now I am not saying these are prime candidates for a job (who knows...), but holy shit they can certainly go look for one rather than sit in a fucking corner BEGGING for money... WITH THEIR BABY!

Should people give them money? (why?)
Should someone them a job application instead of money?
Should people call CPS?

wow! Just wow. I dont understand people. I cant stand these people that say they cant get jobs.. but there ARE jobs they COULD get, but they are just too proud for those jobs. As ive said before, i would shovel shit if i had to, to make it for my kids.

Exactly! I had to take a huge pay cut once but I still worked and paid the bills. Things were damn tight for a while but I found better jobs and made my way back up the pay ladder. We currently have over 10.8% unemployment up here but there are still jobs available. Folks don't want to clean up their acts and pass a piss test or they could be making $15-18 an hour to start. Some of it is hard work but the harder it is the better the pay.
