This is something I wrote the other day. There is a poem, and then an explanation as to where the inspiration came immediately following. I put it in a blog on my myspace the other night when I wrote it.

On this clear night, At this late hour
We stare at the stars, We walk together
Take your hand, Whisper your name
Tell you I love you, You say the same
Pull you closer, Hold you tight
In this moment, Everything is just right
The look in your eyes, The smile on your face
Etched into my heart, A memory never to be erased

Life can be full of pain, sometimes it can make you question why you are here. When I think about it, I believe it is moments like these that make enduring all of the hardships of life worth it. To share a moment like this with someone you love brings feelings of happiness that you just can't get from anything else. Material possesions, such as money, can give you a sense of happiness, but can it bring true happiness into your heart in the way that love can? No. To be there in a moment like this, holding the person that means more than you than anything else, not having a single worry...priceless. Unfortunately, we aren't all lucky enough to have someone in our lives to experience this with...so we are just left to dream...
