those damn isurance people just told me they cant look at my car until may 20th, im starting to get real pissed off about this whole situation.

fuck the insurance people. that is fucked up. what if you had injuries- would they wait til then to see you? seems like you got some assholes to deal with.
ive played phone tag with their insurance rep all freaking day today, and you know where it got me? They are gonna fucking call again tomorrow
that sucks. when my brother got in his explorer carnage, the insurance of the other dude not only paid for the car in full retail value, they paid for all of his belongings in the car (right after we got back from beach). so he made out well. they were real friendly guys. im sorry you are having trouble with these pricks. hopefully it works out well, and quickly too!
tell them you can have a few mechanics check out the damage and get quote. the the insurance people can pay for whichever place you want it fixed at- or if you want to do it yourself, you could get a quote with labor (on the high side too) and do the work yourself so you can make money off of this ordeal. it is a pain in the ass playing games with insurance people. good luck

I told them that it was getting done at the place i wanted done, they seemed okay with that. THe only problem is they cant start working on it until the inurance adjuster looks at my car. Im just stressed right now and this is making it 5 times worse. I dont want to be without my car for a month, and it looks like its gonna be that way.

then the other dudes insurance needs to supply you with a rental.. will they do that?
they mentioned it, im not to worried. I believe I have to be 25 to drive a rental anyway. When i asked if they would supply me with a Mustang GT they said "Umm, that would cost us over $60 a day.." I reminded them that I would have been driving a mustang GT had their client not hit my car.. I just want my car to be fixed right, i could honestly couldn't care less about the rental thing right now
yea i see what you mean- nothing would replace having your own car back in mint condition.
