well according to the pile of paper work i have .... Says they give them 10 min to answer and if they dont then the thing is dismissed and a NON-perticapation order is granted ...... And my hearing was at 2 pm my time 3 there time and i gave them till 2.45 to call and they never did .....So i have the ladies at the emplyment office to back me on all of this if they have anything to say :dunno
