Without the town thing and this was my working:

((The best town in PA to have sex)-2925)*(Age of first legal drink in TX)

x - 2925 x 21 = y
y = (x - 2925) x 21
y = 21x - 61425
Therefore y = x - 2925

How does that make sense? It can't be right o.o
