I believe in traditional gender roles (up to a point) and one of the places I believe they belong is that men make the first move.


I'm not saying women can't. If they feel like it, good for them. Me personally, I've never made a first move in my life, and I think a lot of women without even thinking about it will expect the man to be the one to say hi and start a conversation.


Perhaps that isn't very PC but I think the majority of girls will expect a guy to make a move, and assume he's not interested if he doesn't. The guys I've encountered who say 'I'm fed up with that system, why should I make the move, women should come to ME' are invariably also single.

I think its whoever feels brave enough, gone are the days of the man doing it all especially with foreplay the woman has to take over or it simply doesnt happen

Couple things I learned a long time ago.

1. You got to get up to bat to strike out
2. Ask 50 hot chicks if they want to go back to your place after a couple of hours of conversation, one will say yes. You just have to have the determination to find that 1

Well, if she was checking you to the point that you noticed, she sorta did make the first move....she wanted you to see her, a smile back and a "hello" would have been a good move, if you were interested.
