Aka hits the gym-
I've just joined a new gym. have been there everyday this week with my rugby lads and will be visiting much more regularly!

Ah i see,
So what do you train with a view of doing? Like is it for a sport or just to be stacked/fit and healthy?
I go to the gym mostly to be jackedbut I also have to be reasonable due to hockey. ( I am trying to get to the NHL). I am working on getting signed with an OHL team, right now its a mixed situation.
Oh cool! So which OHL team are you going for? The London Knights?
So how long will it take you before it's your chance to get drafted in the NHL? omg that training must be very hard, I commend you on trying it!![]()
So when do you have to go to Training camps or have you done any already?
Ah thats cool mate, i play rugby so it helps to have a bit of strength behind you. Lol. Nothing more embarrassing than gettin run over the top of. Heh, and i know!
It not too crazy really, been playing for years. It doesn't hurt as much as people think, well after the first 5 mins anyway!! good old adrenaline.
So what kind of stuff you into at the gym?
thats a lot different routines for each day
does your body heal that fast to be doing 4 days :S?
-I just started again. I used to go 4-5 days a week until I broke my arm. Then I stopped. But I am getting ready to start a new job, were it is in my best intrest to get back into shape.
thats what i mean haha... cuz a lot of the exercises train other parts of your body~ If I did go to the gym just to work on a certain muscle group over and over again it would be excessive and I would get limited results compared to if I let them rest and heal.
