I've been working out a lot the past month and a half, and running every other day or so. I originally weighed 155 and I'm only 5' 4". Since working out, I am noticeably thinner, but I weigh 170! Amazing how much heavier muscle is than fat i suppose. Just thought I would share, because I'm pretty happy with my results. I may even post pics in a few more months, once I get in better shape. maybe. Good luck to everyone else with their diets!
