I told myself this weekend that starting Monday that I would cut anything out of my diet if it was something good (like cookies, candy, sugar, sodas, etc) and start eating healthy.
A girl I work with has done this and lost 21 pounds in 3 weeks, so I told myself I am determined to do the same thing she did.
Well I just ruined that, on the very 1st day of my diet :mad I was doing good all day up until about an hour ago. I went down to the cafeteria to get a salad and they had monkey bread down there! There was no way in hell I was passing up some monkey bread. I failed
