I know at the DMVs here you used to be able to donate them to help get phone cards for troops in Iraq. I'm sure there's something like that near you.

XD But I need me some money! Besides, my cell-phone is a pre-paid, so don't know if they would be able to get minutes for it or not. And I live like, an hour from the DMV, with no ride. =/ But if I ever come across a regular cell-phone I don't need, I'll surely keep that troop-idea in mind
