... at work so i'm sitting in the office awaiting a service call. *boring*

I look at the schedule and find this entry;

Woodburn Missionary...still...are we ever going to get this done?

Gee thanks, I really appreciate the vote of confidence. I mean everything on MY part is done.

The door phones are in. The door phones are powered up. They swipe their fobs, hit the unlock button and the power is released and sent. The problem is the actuators WILL NOT hold the doors unlocked for the 15 seconds I have it programmed for. I've made numerous calls to A1 door and Quality glass - BOTH of them say it's not their problem which throws it back on me. To test I hook the power directly to the door. You hear a CLINK, clank. But the door doesn't remain unlocked. It will not pull the acutator into the magnet to hold it open. Period.

That tells me that it is NOT my problem, but since I'm such a procrastinator and I am so fucking lazy, in the office, it's my fucking fault.

Then I get yelled at because I haven't installed the switch in the third door yet. It's kind of hard to put a switch into the handicap actuator box when IT ISN'T INSTALLED YET. I've told my brother this three times and he still continues to harass me about it.


Here's my response to that little piece of shit entry to the schedule;

I can't exactly install the switch if A1 or Auto Door Control aren't scheduled to be out to put in the handicap box on the third door anytime in the near future. I can't help that they won't give either myself or Gary a time frame for them to be out to do it either.
I can't help that I didn't understand this and when we finally get all of our equipment with the 18 switches we put on each door working, that the doors stop unlocking without human interaction.

It all falls on me although this time I've made the calls I've needed to make and got the ball rolling with everyone else seeing as how my hookups are all in pristine working condition, but I'm not a door lock actuator repair man - I have no idea why it's not working even with 24v hooked directly to it. I am 99.99% done, but I can't finish because there is always something that is holding me up and I get yelled at for it because I don't think like Jeremy does.
I'm sorry.

Since that is hidden on that scheduled item, I wonder if it'll ever be read. But give me a break, not everything is my fault all the time.
