LOL Ok! Well the cops were called by the neighbors. They heard shouting and a gunshot, so I dont blame them. But I was handcuffed and put in the car, they got statements from me, my mom, brother and the neighbors. They got their statement from Phil as well. He was carted away in an ambulance. When all was said and done I had to go to counceling and anger management. I was 13 and a minor that felt his mother was in danger. Plus in Texas, I can blast on you legally in my home, as long as I feel threatened. :shrug: we call it the "Make my day law."

I love the "Crime of Passion" law here too. Like say I walk in on Amber and some guy (we'll call him "James") doing the dirty, I can kill them both on the spot. I can't go out to my car and get the gun, or reload though.
