so tonite im sitting at home pretty much not doing anything, and my buddy Wes (he owns a 2004 Ranger but the story aint about him) calls me up and says he has a buddy thats looking for some tail lights for his 98 Ranger. i wasnt sure if i wanted to sell mine but i figured what the hell because i have some 2000 Ranger tail lights sitting around waiting to be installed. i go outside and take mine off my Ranger (1995 Ranger Splash) and about an hour later Wes and the guy in the Ranger thats looking for tail lights show up at my house. i have the guy pull into my garage and me and Wes start taking his tail lights out and go to put the "new" ones in. i get my side in and Wes is having a hard time get the other side in and come to find out, the bed was bent in enough so the tail ligh wouldnt go on properly. after a lil bit of discussion i go grab a hammer and reach in behind the bed and start hitting the bed until it gets straight. we get it straight and Wes puts the tail light on. the guy is in disbelief that we basically got him "new" tail lights and body work done to his truck in one night...lol. i also took some wax and got the paint off from whoever had hit him and broke his tail lights. the guy was pretty grateful. he thanked me and asked me how much i wanted for the tail lights. i told him i dunno, $10?? he gave me $20 and said to keep it because he was thankful that we fixed his truck.

it feels good to help out people in need :)
