The strips helped some for Joseph, but what really works is a humidifier. And hey it's good for the complexion too :)

My ex snored hard, which only added to my hatred for him :24: but he eventually bought a stop snoring mouthpiece and it worked. It was just seemingly very awkward and made for bad sleep. There's no winning in snoring. One person always suffers unless the one living with the snorer is a heavy sleeper, which I was not :s
