On one hand I think it is great that CA is wanting to move faster on this, but at the same time I can see why (business sense) that we as a nation have to move more at the same pace. I believe that some fed leg has been passed that all states have to fall in line with. While going for fuel alternatives, etc. we also have to balance that with how it is going to effect our economy. We need to take care of both at the same time. Change takes time and we are headed in the right direction even if it is a littler slower than some of us (including me) would like.
